If your free 3 moths support period is coming to the end you can prolong your support subscription for PATS Pro at any time. Support subscription allows you to obtain full professional support of our Support Service and also receive all new upgrades of application. Here's prices for support subscription:

• $20 per month.
• Minimal support period extension is 3 months.

 New features development

We receive a lot of emails with requests to add new features to PATS Pro. Webmasters know real situation on autosurf market and the latest requirements there. And we are glad to help them keep business modern and to develop all new feature in our software.

We developed scheme for adding new features which, as we hope, will help us and our customers to keep PATS Pro the most modern and powerful autosurf script in the world.

Below are our conditions for ordering new features/modifications:

• Our rate on development is $14 per hour. We will estimate individually how long your modification will take.
• Minimal order amount is 16 hours. If your modifications are very small send them to us as suggestions and we might include it in the next standard version in two months if we like to. In this case you will get them for free when the new version is released if your support period is not expired by that time or if you extended it.
• Extension of support subscription period for 1 months per each full $100 of the custom order amount.
• Your new features won't be included in the standard version for the next 2 months.
• You will get the latest copy of PATS Pro with all new features even if those features are not included in the standard version yet.
• You won't get any personal rights on modifications that were made. They become a part of PATS Pro application right after they are finished and will be officially released in 2 months or more.

For example you order something new and estimation for this will be $400.
- You will pay $400.
- You will get 3 extra months of support subscription and upgrades.
- You will get the latest version of PATS Pro with all new features even if they are not in the standard version yet.

Benefits of such scheme

• PATS Pro will remain consistent and up to date.
  It will allow us to offer good support, minimize errors and easily make upgrades to new versions.
  
  We won't upgrade completely custom versions based on PATS Pro anymore. Any completely custom modifications will mean that this custom version cannot be upgraded to new standard versions.
• Customers who order new features will get the latest version and prolong their free support.
• More customers order new features more powerful our script becomes. More reliable and modern business our customers will have. And more often new upgrades will appear.
• You have 2 months before your modifications become available for others in standard version.
